Este informe detalla los objetivos, beneficios, resultados, recomendaciones y conclusiones del programa, basado en la retroalimentaci\u00f3n de los participantes. El objetivo fue evaluar el impacto del Programa de Ense\u00f1anza de la Lengua de Se\u00f1as Salvadore\u00f1a (LESSA) en los participantes que han recibido el diplomado, analizando su efectividad en la adquisici\u00f3n de habilidades comunicativas y su aplicaci\u00f3n en la vida diaria. El enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, se utiliz\u00f3 un dise\u00f1o descriptivo y transversal para evaluar el impacto del Programa de Ense\u00f1anza de la Lengua de Se\u00f1as Salvadore\u00f1a (LESSA) en los participantes, quienes son miembros de diversas instituciones que han firmado convenios con el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Escuela T\u00e9cnica para la Salud, quienes han cursado el Diplomado en Lengua de Se\u00f1as Salvadore\u00f1a. Se emplearon cuestionarios con 21 \u00edtems distribuidos en 5 dimensiones, dise\u00f1ados para recoger datos cuantitativos sobre la eficacia del programa en la adquisici\u00f3n de habilidades en Lengua de Se\u00f1as Salvadore\u00f1a.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a83f2cf e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a83f2cf\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3579952 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3579952\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Entre los resultados se destacan los siguientes: Un porcentaje significativo de participantes expres\u00f3 estar &#8220;Totalmente de acuerdo&#8221; con la efectividad del diplomado. Por ejemplo, en el Hospital Nacional General de Neumolog\u00eda y Medicina Familiar &#8220;Dr. Jos\u00e9 Antonio Salda\u00f1a&#8221;, el 92% del Grupo 1 y el 86% del Grupo 2 manifestaron que el diplomado gener\u00f3 nuevas expectativas. Un alto porcentaje de participantes indic\u00f3 que el diplomado es relevante y \u00fatil en su vida profesional. Esto se traduce en una mejora en sus habilidades comunicativas y en la inclusi\u00f3n de personas sordas en sus entornos laborales. Los resultados sugieren un fuerte impacto positivo del programa LESSA en la percepci\u00f3n y habilidades de los participantes, destacando la importancia de continuar con la implementaci\u00f3n y mejora del programa para fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n de personas sordas en la sociedad. En conclusi\u00f3n, el Programa de Ense\u00f1anza de la Lengua de Se\u00f1as Salvadore\u00f1a (LESSA) ha demostrado ser un recurso fundamental para mejorar la inclusi\u00f3n de personas sordas en la sociedad salvadore\u00f1a.
